I have a little (12 1/2 lbs.) dog. She is black and white and has pointy ears and a bobbed tail. She is a very good watchdog and loves every person she sees. She is especially good with children (I have 5 grandchildren). She has a cast iron stomach (she eats anything). When I feel bad, she climbs right up in my lap and snuggles with me or she brings me a toy to throw for her.
