Drums and Roses Our pets are just as important filling a void in our lives as humans. I thinks we find it easier to hug, kiss and maul our dog than our spouse sometimes. I'm not saying that this is the best thing though. I think we feel that the animal is not going to judge us the way our spouse might. Bottom line is that I think pets serve an exceptional role is providing us with an additional source of unconditional love that most of us seek and need.
