I have three dogs who believe that they own me. My oldest dog is very old - 13 years old - and he is an English bulldog, so he has lived much longer than normal. I have a male mutt who is 7 years old, and a boxer puppy who is a toddler and driving me crazy - but she has beautiful eyes and can melt me, so I can't get angry with her. She is also an escape artist and there is no fence that can contain her! I love dogs - they expect nothing from you except to be fed and given water, but they give you back so much. The best part is that they let you talk and they don't interupt. To me, a house is not a home without a dog or two.
