Must Love Animals! I'm a crazy-busy person looking for a friend with whom to share my passion for animals, among other things. I volunteer in animal rescue, have several cats, and a dog, and have a full time career in pharmaceutical research and development. I have several passions, so I try to not limit myself to animals, though they seem tied into most things I enjoy, including SCUBA diving (seeing all those sea creatures, but definitely a different relationship there...don't touch, don't take is the rule under the sea). My dog totally loves going for rides in the car...and I have two "fun-to-drive" cars, which I enjoy in the Hill Country. The beauty of my other pleasures (reading, music, movies) is that those can all be done at home...so when I am not globe-trotting for fun (or work, which happens sometimes ), I can be a total home-body, enjoying the simple pleasures of life...an evening with a glass of wine, some music and a good book, or a new movie on Blu-Ray...3D even! I'm a bit of an A/V-phile, as well. I'm mostly a home-body, but when I get out, I get way out...usually diving in a foreign country! I can be a little on the OCD side, but that is an asset in my business, and in my volunteer work in animal rescue....though you wouldn't know it to walk into my house...the cats are everywhere (except kitchen counters and dining room tables). I like it comfortable, and it seems the critters do to. Just looking for someone who isn't looking for anything too crazy serious, but is also a fellow animal-lover, that would just like someone to relax beside.
